Contact Centre Officer
You will work closely with the team in providing excellent customer service to our clients and clinics.
Job responsibilities:
• Handle telephone enquiries for the Company
• Provide administrative support to our network of clinics
• Attend to clients’ issues promptly
• General administrative function
Job Requirements:
• GCE ‘N’/’O’ Levels or ITE Certificate in Office Skills and above
• Minimum 1-year relevant working experience
• Service oriented and good team player
• PC literate and proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Availability to commence work immediately is an added advantage
