Customer Service Associate
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the clinic/ hospital
- Managing the registration of patients’ visits
- Scheduling of patients appointments
- Assisting in the administration of patients’ records
- Assisting doctors with patients’ medical reviews
- Managing cashiering and billing
Requirements:
- GCE “O” Level & Above
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior working experience in clinics will be advantage
- Team Player
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Location: Central (Near Botanic Garden) / Orchard / Bedok
Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Staggered Office Hours)
