Customer Service Officer
Our client, a reputable clinic with surgery facility in the private medical industry, is seeking for a Customer Service Officer.
Job Responsibilities:
– Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries
– To advise patients and doctors on the availability and booking of facilities
– To assist in registration of patients and their requests or enquiries
– Updating of patients’ profiles
– Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
– Minimum Diploma or GCE ‘O’ Levels.
– Prior working experience in a clinic or hospital environment.
– Able to work shifts and longer hours when necessary.
– Good listening and communication skills.
– Possess initiative and able to work independently and as a team.
– PC literacy required.
