Customer Support Executive

Provide helpdesk and customer service support to customers
Perform call management, problem isolation & problem solving faced by customers over the telephone
Escalation of problem in a promptly manner
Perform operational tasks such as call follow-up with customers or related officers

Job Requirements:

Customer-oriented with Excellent communication skills and phone techniques
Good analytical and trouble-shooting skills
Able to multi-task and work under pressure
NITEC in IT / Diploma in IT / GCE “N” or “O” levels with PC troubleshooting skills
