Assistant / Operations Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the leadership and supervision of all operations staff in all areas of clinic operations.
- Report directly to and assist the Head in managing the daily clinic operations functions.
- Lead and guide clinic operations team in activities contributing to the continuous improvement of clinic operations to better support the delivery of patient care.
- Organize and supervise the entire clinic operations team in all areas of clinic operations to support the delivery of patient care.
- Lead the clinic operations team in establishing collaborative and effective work relations with other department of the clinic and service partners.
- Work closely with HQ Operations and fellow Operations Managers from the other clinics as a team to continuously improve operations policies, systems and processes and manpower development.
- Manage Total Performance Management (TPM) of all operations staff in the clinic (as reporting officer to OE and AOE, and counter-signing officer to all other operations support staff).
- Coach and nurture operations staff in their continuous learning and career development.
- Participate in service quality initiatives to ensure that operations staffs’ service quality to patients and internal customers are maintained.
- Ensure that clinic facilities and materials are well maintained and managed.
- Ensure that the environment health and safety measures are effectively in place and running.
- Ensure the proper management of revenue collected in he clinic.
- Plan and budget for the clinic’s operations needs.
- Ensure the implementation of new business initiatives
- Investigate into patients’ feedback and prepare the reply.
- Participate in the selection of new staff
- Report to and assist the Director (Operations) in projects involving clinic operations systems and process reviews.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in any discipline
- 8 – 10 years’ operations experience, preferably in healthcare, operations, etc.
- Possess strong leadership and motivational skills
- Demonstrate excellent people and project management and organization skills
- Strong supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic thinker and able to attend to details
