Job Responsibilities
- Assess and identify individual needs of clients and formulate and implement appropriate occupational therapy programmes.
- Evaluate and document the clients’ progress at regular intervals, monitor training programmes and review their effectiveness.
- Carry out home visits with patients to assess their safety, home environment and identify any risks that would affect their performance of daily living skills.
- Provide appropriate information, education and support for client group and their caregivers.
Requirements
- Recognized Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy
- 2-4 years of experience in a Therapist position
- Conditional or Full Registration granted by Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)
