Be a Executive at the Contact Call Centre and assist patients in a different way.


The job requires you to :

  1. obtains history, gathers triage information, assesses and evaluates patient health concerns made via phone, fax, email or other modes of communications to determine appropriate avenue of care and provide health advice according to established guidelines and protocols.
  2. Develops, implements, and evaluates a plan of care for each caller’s presenting symptoms.
  3. Collects and analyzes data to establish health priorities and interventions.
  4. Streamline the triage process and shorten the waiting time for patients requiring Emergent care or Specialist consult.
  5. Provide home care advice and documents all call inquiries accordingly.
  6. Maintains and safeguards confidentiality of patient health information and medical records.
  7. Communicates complex triage call with the relevant clinician.
  8. Network with the clinicians from clinical departments to establish and update clinical triage protocols.
  9. Provide monthly statistical update of the Triage or Home care services.
  10. Provide regular in-house training and assist in preparing quiz for the department so as to improve the team’s medical knowledge.


  • At least a Diploma or Degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of nursing relevant experience
  • Good telephone skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work 5 and a half alternate sat (8am to 5pm/ 6pm), (8am to 1pm)
  • Independent
  • Willing to learn
