Staff Nurse (Home Care)

Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide palliative care to patients with terminal illness and end-stage organ failure.
• The palliative management will include pain and symptoms management, psychological, emotional and spiritual care support to patients and their family members.
• Render nursing care to our patients staying at homes.

Job Requirements: 
• Diploma /Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience in inpatient
• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
