Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive and curative medical services under the guidance of the doctor and head nurse.
- Oversee the general health of the residents, actively participating in and supervising medical and nursing care routines.
- Supervise and assess the performance of nursing aides and health attendants.
- Actively participate in and manage emergency situations within the facility.
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to any changes.
- Assist residents with personal grooming and personal hygiene issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing.
- Ability to carry out preventive and curative medical services under the guidance of the doctor and head nurse.
- Proficient in handling medical emergencies.
- Excellent monitoring skills for vital signs.
- Capability to assist residents with personal grooming and hygiene.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Working Hours:
Mon to Sun (rotating shift 5 day a week)
Required to work weekends and public holidays
• AM shift – 7am to 3.45pm
• PM shift – 10.15am to 7pm
• 12 hours shift – 7am to 7pm (once a week, Sat/Sun)
