Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
- Directs clinical and service quality activities
- Provides high quality nursing care to patients and their families
- Collaborates with Nurse Clinicians to develop, implement and evaluate care paths and care plans
- Conducts nursing audits on nursing care standards and initiate actions for improvement
- Facilitates and participates in doctors’ discussion, reviews and initiatives
- Evaluates and monitors the outcomes of patient care delivery
- Performs formative and summative assessment of nursing students
- Acts as a resource person and liaison for clinical, training and service matters
- Collaborates with Ops team to improve workflows and processes
- Monitors efficient and effective use and care of equipment
- Participates in research, clinical or service quality activities
- Takes on additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned by reporting officer.
Requirements
- Registered with SNB
- Possess Degree / Diploma in Nursing with Gerontology or inpatient ward experience
- Must be comfortable to work weekends and PH at times to support inpatient ward/taking case load when manpower needs arise, comfortable to work 2 shifts at times during probation and to take patient case when referred for Home Care
