Responsibilities:
- Coordinate nursing care for service users through assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation to meet their individual needs.
- Pack and administer medications, perform basic screening, and nursing procedures including wound dressing and injection administration.
- Communicate and collaborate with doctors, nursing, and allied health colleagues to discuss service users’ progress and response to treatment.
- Document and record care and treatment provided, maintaining accurate records of service users’ progress.
- Provide health education to service users, empowering them with knowledge for better self-care.
- Participate in case conferences/discussions and contribute nursing insights.
- Assist in evacuation procedures and implement safe management measures in the centre.
- Provide caregiving education and training to caregivers, fostering a supportive and informed environment.
- Contribute nursing inputs to clinical/service quality improvement activities and digitalization efforts.
Requirements:
- Diploma, degree, professional degree in Nursing, or equivalent.
- State Registered Nurse with a valid certificate from the Singapore Nursing Board.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 am to 5:45 pm
