Our healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an integral part of our medical staff, you will play a crucial role in providing preventive and curative medical services to our residents under the guidance of the doctor and head nurse in a nursing home setting. Responsibilities:

  • Carry out preventive and curative medical services under the guidance of the doctor and head nurse.
  • Oversee the general health of the residents and actively participate in and supervise medical and nursing care routines.
  • Supervise and assess the performance of nursing aides and health attendants.
  • Assist and respond effectively to emergency situations in the home.
  • Monitor vital signs and promptly act accordingly in medical emergencies.
  • Assist residents with personal grooming and personal hygiene issues.

 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Nursing.
  • Valid nursing license.
  • Ability to perform preventive and curative medical services.
  • Proficient in handling medical emergencies.
  • Strong monitoring skills for vital signs.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach to resident care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday (Rotating Shift – 5 days a week):
    • AM Shift: 7.30am to 4.15pm.
    • PM Shift: 10.45am to 7.30pm.
    • 10 Hours Shift: 7.30am to 6.15pm.
  • Moving Forward Roster (Mon to Sun – 12 hours shift – Rotating Shift – 4 days a week):
    • 12 Hours Shift: 7.30am to 7.15pm.
    • Required to work weekends and public holidays.
