Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive and curative medical services under the guidance of the doctor and head nurse.
- Oversee the general health of the residents and actively participate in and supervise medical and nursing care routines.
- Supervise and assess the performance of nursing aides and health attendants.
- Assist and respond effectively to emergency situations in the home.
- Monitor vital signs and promptly act accordingly in medical emergencies.
- Assist residents with personal grooming and personal hygiene issues.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid nursing license.
- Ability to perform preventive and curative medical services.
- Proficient in handling medical emergencies.
- Strong monitoring skills for vital signs.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to resident care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday (Rotating Shift – 5 days a week):
- AM Shift: 7.30am to 4.15pm.
- PM Shift: 10.45am to 7.30pm.
- 10 Hours Shift: 7.30am to 6.15pm.
- Moving Forward Roster (Mon to Sun – 12 hours shift – Rotating Shift – 4 days a week):
- 12 Hours Shift: 7.30am to 7.15pm.
- Required to work weekends and public holidays.
